We use fresh ingredients from our local area and use traditional methods to bring out the unique flavors of each ingredient.  We’re proud to offer a wide range of meads that appeal to a variety of palates, and we’re confident that once you try our meads, you’ll become a fan for life.

At Laurel Highlands Meadery, we use traditional methods to produce our award winning meads. We start with the highest quality local honey we can find, and blend it with the highest quality water to create the base for our meads. From there, we add other ingredients to create our unique and delicious flavor combinations.

We take great care to monitor each batch of mead we produce to ensure that it meets our high standards for quality and flavor. We believe that the best meads are made with patience, attention to detail, and respect for the ingredients we use.

At Laurel Highlands Meadery, we believe that the quality of our meads is only as good as the quality of the ingredients we use. That’s why we work with local artisans and suppliers to source the highest quality, sustainably-produced ingredients we can find.

Our honey comes from local beekeepers who use  sustainable practices to produce the best honey possible. We’re committed to supporting our local beekeeping community and helping to protect the bees that are so vital to our ecosystem.

We use a variety of fruits, spices, and herbs in our meads, which are sourced from local farmers whenever possible. We believe that using locally-sourced ingredients not only helps to support our local economy, but it also ensures that our meads are as fresh and flavorful as possible.
